See, correct or delete your data
Last updated 11 October 2026
You can ask what we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted. A person looks into it; nothing is deleted on a form alone.
1. Make a request
Orbo and Corva are both made by Tiruvi and share one request desk. Use the form there: say it is about Orbo, which business you dealt with, and a phone number, order reference or email that helps us find it. You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, withdraw a consent, name someone to act for you if you cannot, or make a complaint; you get an email with a reference straight away. If you are not satisfied with the answer to a complaint, you may take it to the Data Protection Board of India.
2. Who answers
For orders, deliveries and bills, the business you ordered from decides what it keeps and Orbo holds it for it; we pass your request to the business and tell you we did. For an Orbo account (an owner, staff member or driver) and anything we hold for ourselves, we answer within 30 days and tell you what was found and done. Records we must keep for tax or accounting are kept for the period the law requires, and we will say which. See the Privacy Policy.
