Terms and Conditions

Last updated 18 October 2026

Please read these terms before you use Orbo. They explain what you can expect from us and what we expect from you.

1. Agreement

These terms are an agreement between Tiruvi (“Orbo”) and the business that creates an account (“you”). By creating an account or using Orbo you accept them. If you accept for a company, you confirm you have authority to bind it.

2. The service

Orbo provides software for taking orders, dispatching and tracking deliveries, and managing inventory, with an API and webhooks. We may improve or change features; we will not remove a paid feature without reasonable notice. Features described on our website as planned or in progress are not promised.

3. Your account

  • Give accurate information and keep your sign-in details and API keys secret. You are responsible for activity under your account, including your staff and drivers.
  • You decide who in your workspace has which role. Remove access promptly when someone leaves.
  • Tell us at once if you suspect unauthorised use.

4. Acceptable use

You will not:

  • use Orbo for anything unlawful, or to handle goods or services that are unlawful;
  • attempt to break, probe or overload the service, or bypass limits and permissions;
  • copy, resell or reverse-engineer Orbo except as the law allows;
  • track a person's location without a legitimate delivery purpose and any consent the law requires.

5. Your data and customers' data

You own the data you put into Orbo. You give us the right to host and process it to provide the service. You are responsible for having a lawful basis, and giving any notices needed, to collect your customers' and drivers' data and put it into Orbo.

How we handle personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy. For data about your customers, you decide the purpose and Orbo processes it on your behalf.

6. Payments you take through Orbo

Online payments from your customers go through your own Razorpay account, which is governed by Razorpay's terms. Orbo records payments, cash handovers and refunds but does not hold your money. You are responsible for the taxes, invoices and refunds that apply to your sales.

7. Plans, fees and trial

New accounts may start with a free trial. After that, paid plans are charged per outlet at the price shown when you subscribe, plus taxes. We will give notice before changing prices. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where the law requires or we state otherwise.

8. Our property

Orbo, its software, design and name belong to us and our licensors. We give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service during your subscription. Feedback you give us may be used without obligation to you.

9. Availability and third parties

We work to keep Orbo available but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Maps, routing, messaging and payment features depend on third-party providers and may be affected by them. Forecasts and suggested reorders are estimates; check them before you rely on them.

10. Warranty and liability

The service is provided “as is” to the extent the law allows. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, or lost data beyond what the law does not allow us to exclude.

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Processing your customers' data for you

For your customers', drivers' and staff's personal data you are the data fiduciary under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and Tiruvi processes it for you. These terms are our contract for that. Tiruvi:

  • processes it only to provide Orbo as you set it up, and on your instructions;
  • keeps it confidential, limits access to people who need it, and protects it with the safeguards in our Privacy Policy;
  • uses only the service providers named there, each bound to the same care, and tells you before adding one;
  • tells you without delay, with what we know, if a breach affects it, so you can tell the people affected and the Data Protection Board;
  • gives you the tools to answer your customers: download a customer's data, erase them, and close the business;
  • keeps logs of processing for at least a year, as the rules require, and deletes the rest when you close the business.

You are responsible for telling your customers and drivers what you collect and why, and for having a lawful basis for it.

12. Suspension and ending

You can stop using Orbo at any time. An owner closes a business in Settings: it is deleted at once with its orders, bills and team, so download the bills first (they are your tax invoices to keep). Anyone can delete their own login under Your account. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms or put the service or others at risk, giving notice where we reasonably can.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. For material changes we will give notice in the product or by email before they apply. Continued use after that means you accept them.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights you have under the law where you live.
