Refund Policy

Last updated 11 October 2026

What happens to money paid for Orbo, and who decides refunds when a business's customer pays.

1. Orbo plans

Orbo is billed to the business that uses it, as agreed with Tiruvi (or through Corva, where the business uses both). There is no automatic renewal: a period is paid for, and the next is your choice.

  • Charged twice, charged the wrong amount, or paid and the service did not switch on: we refund the difference in full, or switch it on, your choice. Tell us within 30 days.
  • Changed your mind within 7 days of paying and used little of the period: ask, and we will refund the unused part at our discretion.
  • GST charged on a refunded amount goes back with it. Refunds go to the account that paid, usually within 5–7 working days.

2. Payments from a business's own customers

When a customer pays a business through Orbo (online, by QR or in cash), the business, not Orbo, is the seller and decides refunds under its own policy. A business gives a refund from Orbo, and an online refund goes back through its Razorpay account to the card or UPI account that paid, once Razorpay confirms it. If you are a customer, ask the business first; if you cannot reach it, contact us and we will pass your request on.

3. How to ask us

Use our contact form, say it is a refund, and give the business name and the payment or bill reference. A person replies, normally within two working days. See also the Terms and Conditions.
